Prime general contractor for the 13,108 SQ FT infill of existing shell space in this acute care hospital. This $3.7m project included all new work for this 23 bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit to include (3) Nurses Stations with Medical Gas services and the usual technology necessary in the hospital setting. The NICU installation within Pediatric Intensive Care facilities. We performed work and provided materials in accordance with all relevant building standards and codes. The work effort performed Our employees includes project supervision, Safety and Quality control, finish carpentry, doors and hardware and specialty equipment installation.
