The facility includes a 9,250-square-foot maintenance shop designed to service both natural gas and electric transit buses. This shop is primarily dedicated to light-duty vehicles and vans, with available space for a 5,400-square-foot expansion. Additionally, the site features a 6,000-square-foot administrative office and dispatch center, as well as a 4,600-square-foot training facility focused on advanced transit vehicle technology for technician training. To support electric vehicle operations, the facility includes 500 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of battery storage. It also houses a bus wash system equipped with a blow dryer, capable of accommodating buses up to 40 feet in length.
