The Tachi-Yokut Administrative Building is a structural steel frame, two-story, 31,000sf office building, designed to house the Santa Rosa Rancheria Tachi Tribe staff. The featured element of the building is its three story, dome-topped cylindrical entry lobby with special display features surrounding the upper floor’s round balcony, including full clerestory windows at the roof line. Zumwalt Construction provided general contractor services with modified design/build elements throughout the duration of this project.
